KerbMarkers NZ (and its
employees) will only collect information from you for the following
reasons:
To add to our company database
so we may inform you of specials, promotions, offers and events via
email or post.
We will take all reasonable
steps to ensure that information held is accurate, up-to-date, complete,
relevant, not misleading and is used only for the purposes stated in this
policy. We will not hold customer details for longer than is required for
the purpose for which the information was originally gathered and lawfully
used.
We will ensure that security safeguards protect the
information and we will take all reasonable steps to ensure that
information will not be disclosed to any unauthorized person or
organisation. We will not disclose any personal information about you to a

NZ is conscious of the need for privacy and security
for your Internet shopping experience.
We use sophisticated
encryption technology. This means at the checkout, our servers and your PC
encrypt (scramble) everything that you enter into your computer, such as
credit card details, billing and delivery address. Because it is
encrypted, other computers are unable to make sense of it, therefore
keeping this information private.
There are visual clues on screen
that tell you when you have entered a secure environment. In the bottom of
your browser, the key or padlock icon, which is normally broken, becomes
solid.
As part of the software used by KerbMarkers NZ there
are secure processes built into the store. Specifically the engine

products, offers and promotions from

we send you includes an email address to which you can respond. If at
any time you decide you do not want to receive our emails simply click the
unsubscribe link at the bottom of the newsletter. This will remove your
email address from our mailing list. If you unsubscribe you will still
receive emails specifically related to your online
orders.
Delivery Policy
Delivery charges
are calculated and added to your order after you enter your delivery
location and before you enter your payment details. You get to see the
full charge before completing your purchase.
We support delivery of all of our products
The anticipated delivery time will be within 2-4
working days unless an item ordered is out of stock in which case you will
be notified of the expected additional delay.
Deliveries are made by courier. The delivery company
used is dependent on your delivery location and the size of the items
ordered. Our delivery charges are as follows (incl GST):

its Product Description. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that
all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Website
are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the
system.

Goods Policy / Warranty
At KerbMarkers
NZ , we stand by
the quality of our product and we make things right if you are not
satisfied with your purchase.
KerbMarkers NZ will offer a no questions asked, 200%
replacement warranty, i.e. Replace any KerbMarker with any manufacturing defect, if any,
plus a complementary KerbMarker, freight free, and provide a freight free
return to KerbMarkers NZ courier
satchel.
KerbMarkers NZ will replace at no cost any error it
has made with the number or inscription.
KerbMarkers NZ will replace any error made by the
client with the number or inscription by returning the “Insert” to KerbMarkers NZ at the clients cost and it will be
replaced with the correction made at a nominal exchange cost of $9.00 +
the relevant freight costs.
The client must provide the correct number
or inscription.

Policy
- All prices are stated in New Zealand
dollars - GST inclusive.
- Material and Shipping
costs which are outside KerbMarker NZ's control may change as the market and economic
conditions determine. KerbMarker NZ reserves the right to alter pricing
without notice.
- Any order or quotation given in writing or email
transmission, will be valid for a period of Thirty (30) days from date of
order or quotation.
- Bulk or large
quantity orders may attract special pricing, this is not of right. KerbMarker NZ
reserves the right to negotiate special pricing on a case by case
basis.
